ISYS™ is committed to implementing a new standard for information technology, helping people to do more with technology for less. This new standard will greatly improve the functionality of personal computers and pave the way for more advanced feature sets in all types of specialized computer-driven products.

Overview

ISYS Technologies, Inc. is a cutting-edge computer technology company focused on providing innovative computer solutions. The company was founded in March 2002 by Jason Sullivan who recognized the need for a better computer— one more reliable, easily upgradable, and more versatile than the standard that emerged from the original personal computers of the early 1980s. Mr. Sullivan’s vision soon translated into a new platform architecture called Xi3™, which will soon introduce the PCU™, the first product based on this technology.

Today, patents for Xi3 and PCU technologies have been granted or are being actively pursued in many countries, and ISYS contemplates filing additional patent applications as needed. ISYS seeks to leverage its technology and market potential by partnering with major manufacturers and developers in the computer industry. Strategic alliances with these companies will enable ISYS to license its technology for large-scale production of computers and special applications. Each will revolve around the four core values of ISYS: Advanced feature sets, greater versatility, true scalability, and cost savings.

The ISYS executive team is comprised of seasoned business and technology professionals with time-tested public and private experience. The team has a wide variety of experience in startup companies, product development, market development, and growth management. Additionally, the company enjoys a special relationship with the Utah State University Research Foundation, which assists the company to advance its analysis, design, and computer/processor prototypes.

Company Ownership

ISYS Technologies is a privately-held Nevada C corporation formed in March 2002, with operations in California, Ohio, and Utah. It is owned by a wide variety of investors spread throughout the country, each of whom share in the vision of ISYS founder, Jason Sullivan
